Q: Do I need to be trained to teach my child at home?
A: The dancers on the DVD demonstrate all techniques, stretches, exercises, and movements used in Mommy & Me so that you are able to feel confident in learning on your own and teaching your child to perform the movement with you. The instructors on the DVD will walk you through each step with the French terminology that goes with it as well as the correct and safe execution of the step.
Q: Do my child and I need previous dance experience?
