The Mommy & Me Workout! program was designed for moms wanting to spend quality time with their child and create special memories with their child that will not be forgotten while instilling the importance of healthy exercise and a love for music and dance.  Quality one-on-one parent-child interaction shows your child how important and loved they are amidst a busy week.

  The Program: 
    The Mommy & Me Workout! curriculum was developed by Apphia Laune Noel, renowned ballerina from the New York City Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Bolshoi Ballet, and many other dance schools.  She has spent the last ten years teaching moms and children how to dance, bond, and have fun in class while getting in shape.  She combines classical ballet, jazz, and Yoga-style acrobatic techniques to provide a well-rounded program that both moms and children enjoy doing together.  She believes that when learning physical activities at a young age, mother-child relationships are important for creating a safe and secure learning environment where the child will flourish.
  It Benefits Everyone: 
    The Mommy & Me Workout! program is focused on movement, coordination, balance, rhythm, stretching, and basic kinetic skills for your little one.  The class is set to music and will feature basic dance steps in ballet, jazz, and tap.  Yoga-style acrobatics are incorporated into the curriculum to help with flexibility and an increased range of motion.  Parents focus on sculpting, strengthening, and elongating their muscles to form the long lines of a dancer.  This is perfect for moms wanting to increase their metabolism or work off some of the extra weight put on from pregnancy.
